INTRO PACKAGE TO HEALTHY LIVING (remote – phone, Skype and email)

Will get you familiar with the basics of healthy eating, yoga and how to prepare simple meals. Full package that will guide you in the right direction of creating healthy long lasting habits

  • 4 Weeks Plan: each week focuses on different aspects of healthy living

YOGA (At clients’ location)

  • Private Yoga Session
  • Semi-Private Yoga (group of 4)
  • Multiple sessions (package of 5 or 10 sessions)

HEALTH COACHING (remote – phone or Skype)

A guided process towards the right direction, a fully customized nutrition and lifestyle plan
we will work together on creating new healthy habits on relationships, career, diet and exercise to meet set goals

  • Single Session
  • Follow up Session
  • 6 Weeks Plan – Initial one hour session, followed by 5 follow up sessions
  • 90 Day Program – Initial one hour session, followed by 8 follow up sessions and email support in between

MEAL PLANNING (remote and email)

Customized meal plan based on your personal health goals or a meal plan for your family: Includes 15 minute phone call to learn about your preferences and needs

  • Lunch and Learn: Informative talk on your next corporate or social event for Organizations, Businesses or Schools on the importance of healthy eating.  Receive realistic tips and tricks on how to incorporate healthier choices into your daily lives
  • Group Yoga Session – at your corporate office (45 minutes over lunch hour or after work hours)
