Start by making the crust:
In a medium bowl - mix together the flours (buckwheat and almond), 2 eggs, 1/4 cup almond milk, olive oil, pinch of salt and pepper.
Mix and add some warm water if the dough gets too dry.
Once you reach a dough like consistency, press into a round greased baking dish, and bake it for about 15 mins at 350°
Make the filling:
In a large bowl, mix: 8 eggs (whisked), chopped carrots, pepper and parsley, crumbled feta cheese, seasonings (turmeric, nutmeg and another pinch of salt and pepper), remaining 1/4 cup almond milk and baking soda
Pour into prepared crust.
Bake at 350° for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes.
