Avocado Protein Bread

  1. Pre heat oven to 350F and grease a baking bread pan
  2. In a food processor mix: Avocado, honey, eggs and milk
  3. In a separate bowl mix all dry ingredients: chia/hemp/oat and wheat bran/flax seeds/baking powder and soda... and the tvp if you are using
  4. Pour liquid mixture into dry and mix well... let it sit for about 15 minutes (if mixture is too dry - you can add some warm water)
  5. Pour mixture into greased baking pan and bake for about 30 minutes
  6. Let it cool before cutting! and enjoy
