Do you ever think feeling stressed and constantly tired and anxious is the norm?
I used to think and feel that way…

After many years of working in the corporate financial world I started practicing Yoga. I was trying to find the “balance feeling”, whatever that meant at the time.
That was my first step towards my health career and passion.

Couple of years later, I was lucky enough to take a month off and go to Costa Rica, where I did my Yoga Teachers Training.
That experience changed my life. It gave me the tools to start teaching yoga – private, corporate and group classes.

But more than that, it helped me develop a new personal area I didn’t know I had and enjoyed.
I enrolled in different Nutrition courses and diplomas, as Holistic Nutrition 101, Fitness Nutrition Certification, and amazing yoga workshops.

Even though I went back to work in the corporate world, I tried to maintain the feeling I found by being very mindful and present.
Started with yoga self-practice, cooking and experiencing different recipes, reading about health/fitness/nutrition, going to yoga every day and meditating when possible.
This is not always easy, in fact, it is very hard – as our daily lives and routine can be consuming and draining.

About a month ago, I had what I call an “AHA” moment. When suddenly I was able to have a clear image of what I want to do and how to do it.
I know my passion is health, nutrition and yoga. Guiding others into this healthy lifestyle feeling and sharing my knowledge anyway I can.

And that is where I am today…
Graduated from the Health Coach masters with the INSTITUTE FOR INTEGRATIVE NUTRITION.,
Creating my own business and applying my tools and knowledge to guide you though this wonderful process.
